Our stay at the hotel was great! The rooms were clean and comfortable with private toilet and shower, perfect for our family of 4 with the mezzanine loft beds. The staff were very friendly and happy to assist with organizing luggage pick-up, making our experience exceptional. The location was fabulous, right on the ski field and close to the gondola lift, offering easy access for skiing. The dining experience was good overall, especially before a big day of skiing, but the instant coffee at a cost of Yen 400 for a decent cup was a slight downside.
